Perkumpulan Indonesia Berseru is an institution dedicated exclaimed his work in the field of campaigning for social change. The scope of the institution related to poverty and sustainable natural resource management, and pro-community groups, adults and children, men and women to change the existing situation with the relevant scale.
Early establishment of Perkumpulan Indonesia Berseru was called in August 2005 with a mandate to campaign for justice in “Make Trade Fair” campaign in three networks: KRKP (Koalisi Rakyat untuk Kedaulatan Pangan); KIARA (Koalisi Rakyat untuk Keadilan Perikanan) and LWG (Labour Working Group) in conducting the Make Trade Fair Campaign in Indonesia.
Currently, the secretariat of the Association of Indonesia called Aliansi Desa Sejahtera campaign, which consists of three working groups (rice, oil, fisheries / shrimp).
In this campaign, one of the PIB’s mandate is to conduct a campaign on consumer groups, one through freemag “Respect”.
Perkumpulan Indonesia Berseru is a non-governmental organizations called a non-profit and independent, not affiliated to political organizations, business organizations, social agencies, governments, tribes, religion, social class, and gender specific.
